General American Carbon-Capture
Executive Summary — General American Carbon-Capture Model
General American is proposing to build a nationwide carbon-capture and synthetic-fuel system engineered to make the entire 5,000-station natural-gas network methane- and carbon-neutral.

These 5,000 stations, placed on a 25-mile grid across America, will dispense compressed natural gas (CNG/methane). The methane is burned cleanly inside the combustion chambers of vehicle engines, and we fully account for the products of that combustion.
Of the particulates that exit the tailpipe, the CO₂ component is the one that can be precisely measured, captured, and offset. Our carbon-capture hubs are designed to capture and sequester the approximately 28 million tons of CO₂ generated annually from the fuel we dispense, making the entire network effectively methane-neutral and carbon-neutral.
To accomplish this, General American will build five major carbon-capture hubs — one in California, one in the Midwest, and two on the East Coast — designed to capture all carbon generated by the full national demand of the 5,000 CNG/LNG stations.
These stations will generate approximately 28 million tons of CO₂, all of which is captured through our engineered network. This ensures that the entire system is carbon-neutral, because every bit of carbon that is burned is captured.
Once captured, this CO₂ is processed and converted into synthetic CNG and synthetic LNG, creating a fully circular fuel cycle. The technology for CO₂-to-methane conversion is already validated and commercially deployed in the following systems:

Natural Gas Availability — Verified Global Data
General American further presents verified global data confirming that the Earth is not running out of natural gas. Recoverable reserves continue to expand due to new discoveries and advancing technology:

National Impact
By combining clean combustion, complete carbon capture, and synthetic-fuel regeneration, General American delivers a model that is both environmentally responsible and energy-dominant.
This system is built to satisfy both sides of the political aisle while ensuring America remains the world leader in clean natural-gas infrastructure.
Making the United States effectively methane-neutral and carbon-neutral.
