General American Desalination
Executive Summary – General American Sovereign Desalinization Program (Proposed)
General American Sovereign Trust proposes a national desalinization shield using advanced American-made reverse osmosis (RO) systems to ensure the United States never faces a water shortage again.

These facilities are not intended to replace existing water providers. They are designed to support and stabilize the nation’s water supply so America no longer drains the Colorado River, weakens Northern California agriculture, or depletes East Coast aquifers.
Why This Program Must Be Built (Based on Current Data)
- The Colorado River has been over-allocated for nearly 100 years.

Proposed National Solution
- Construct American-built RO desalinization facilities on the West Coast, Gulf Coast, and East Coast.
- Use natural-gas-powered turbines from U.S. manufacturers for reliable, continuous operation.
- Pump desalinated water inland through large-diameter trunklines to replenish aquifers and support agriculture.
- Provide supplemental water to utilities without replacing or competing with them.
- Establish a stable, sovereign water reserve usable for the next 100 years.
American-Made Requirements (Examples Only)
- We propose to accept bids only from companies manufacturing desalinization systems and components in the United States using American-made products.
- Examples of American-based technology providers include:
- Aquatech
- IDE Americas
- Aqualyng
- Fluence USA
- American Water Works Engineering
Expected Results Once Built
- Major relief to the Colorado River Basin
- Stabilized water supply for California, Arizona, Nevada
- Protection of Northern California agriculture
- Reduced East Coast aquifer depletion
- Continuous supplemental water for 30–50 million Americans
- Strengthening of national water sovereignty and security
National Message:
This program is proposed to ensure the United States never again becomes vulnerable to drought cycles, political water restrictions, or depleted natural reservoirs.
It strengthens existing providers, supports farmers, and guarantees long-term water security for every region of the nation.
